801 Aerial is owned and operated by Owen Young, a Pleasant Grove-based FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot with a passion for capturing properties at their absolute best.
Owen got his start in real estate photography and quickly found that aerial work was where creativity and craft came together. What began as a fascination with the perspective a drone unlocks has grown into a focused pursuit — delivering cinematic, high-quality visuals that help properties stand out and sell faster.

Our Essential aerial photography package starts at $250, which includes 15–20 edited high-resolution stills. Photo + video packages start at $450. Pricing varies based on property size, location, and scope — contact us for a custom quote.
Yes — the FAA requires a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for any commercial drone operation, including real estate photography. Owen is fully FAA Part 107 certified, so every shoot is legal and compliant.
We'll go anywhere in Utah. We're based in Pleasant Grove, so shoots within Utah County have no travel fee. For locations outside Utah County, a small travel fee applies — we'll always let you know upfront before booking.
Most residential shoots take 30–60 minutes on site. Larger properties, new builds, or full video packages may take longer. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.
Edited files are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot. Rush delivery is available — just mention it when you book.
Safety and quality come first — we don't fly in high winds, rain, or poor visibility. If weather forces a reschedule, we'll work with you to find the next available date at no extra charge.
We shoot with the DJI Mavic 4 Pro, delivering smooth, stabilized 4K video and 48MP aerial stills. Every file is professionally edited before delivery.
